This policy covers the AI song and music-video service. In this policy, "we" and "us" means BIT Enterprises UG (haftungsbeschränkt). It applies when you use the service to create a personalized song, lyrics, or music video, including the prompts, names, stories, and photos you submit.

What you may not create or upload

• NSFW or sexual content, including nudity, pornography, or sexual roleplay.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a person under 18. This is prohibited with no exceptions.
• Hate, harassment, violence, or threats against a person or group.
• Impersonation of a real person, or content that defames a real person.
• Copyrighted lyrics, or trademarks, that you do not have the right to use.
• Anything illegal, and spam or bulk unsolicited messages.

Moderation

Prompts and other inputs may be checked automatically before a song or video is created. We may also review content after it is created. We can refuse a request that breaks this policy.

What happens if you break this policy

We may refuse the request, remove the song or video, and terminate the account. Abusive use is not refunded.
